Terms and Conditions: 1. Payment policy: Individual leotards: 100% pre-payment is required by the time of placing an order. Group orders ( 3 and more leotards):50% pre-payment is required by the time of placing an order. Other 50% payment is required when we start working on your leotard or suit. We will let you know about it in an e-mail beforehand. You will also receive an e-mail when your order gets shipped.
2. Shipping time: In-stock items are shipped within 2 business days. Other items are custom-made therefore the processing time of your purchase may very depending on the difficulty of design, amount of stones, etc. The average time of making a leotard is 4-5 days. But there might be a long waiting list so it might take several weeks before your leotard or suit will be started. You may get the approximate date of getting the purchase in our confirmation e-mail after placing an order. 3. Shipping charges depend on weight and location. Within the US items are mailed USPS (unless otherwise indicated) and the average price of it is 5$-15$. All other ways of shiping and shipping abroad might be discussed individually. 4. Handling - free! 5. Payment options: We accept checks and all kinds of money transfer: wire bank account transfer, Western Union, PayPal etc.
6. Cancellation and return: If you'd like to cancel or change your order for any reason please let us know as soon as possible! We can not change or cancel your order if we have already started producing it. Cancellation of the order from the waiting list: during high season (august-january) there are usually many orders and we put them into the waiting list. Every spot in the list is valuable since we refuse to take orders from the customers if the list is full. Hence, in case of cancellation of the order from the waiting list we keep 15% of the total value of the order. We also reserve the right to cancel any order that looks suspicious. In-stock leotards and suits can be returned within 2 business days from the time your order is delivered. Before sending back the item return authorization is required. Any items returned without notifying us will not be accepted. The returned item must be in new, unworn condition. Custom-made items cannot be returned.
